In 1992, Michel de Mena set up Argos Management, a company in the Project & Construction Management<\/strong> business. During more than 10 years in business, Argos Management built up relevant experience and carried out more than 300 real estate projects (Torre Agbar, renovation of the Heron City entertainment centre in Barcelona, construction of the Las Tablas residential complex in Madrid, among others).<\/p>\n

In 2010, after Fran\u00e7ois Caballero joined the team, Albion Real Estate Management<\/strong> was born. This project is the result of the experience, knowledge and enterprising spirit of its two founding shareholders. The range of services offered has been enlarged from not only Project & Construction Management<\/strong> to include Asset Management<\/strong> and Development Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2011, Albion Real Estate Management<\/strong> entered the Moroccan market and Albion Marruecos<\/strong> was set up as the local company carrying out projects in the residential sector in different cities in the country.<\/p>\n

During these years, Albion Real Estate Management<\/strong> has been entrusted by clients such as Merlin Properties, Generali, CODIC and AEW<\/strong>, to carry out major projects.<\/p>\n
